PAO is a Nigerian owned company registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) as limited by shares with an authorized current share capital of N10,000,000 on the 18th of June 2007 .

PAO Insurance broker is duly licensed under the provision of the insurance Act of 2003 to operate as an insurance broker to transact all classes of insurance of insurance business.

Our company has professional indemnity policy of N10,000,000 but increased to N1,600,000,000 for our advisory participation in the industry’s increased risk capacity. PAO insurance broker is a member of the Nigeria council of registered insurance brokers of Nigeria.

At PAO, we have developed specialist divisions for Oil & Gas, Marine and Aviation, Construction & Erection, Commercial and Industrial, Reinsurance and multinational Risk. To ensure efficiency and Customer Satisfaction. We have continued to leverage on the very vast and specialist knowledge of our international Associates.
