He is the Chairman of PAO Insurance Broker Limited.He attended and obtained First Leaving Certificate at L.A Ihitteafokwu 11 at Ahiazu Mbaise Imo State with award of intermediate certificate level in 1971.Furthermore, he took examination on Automobile School of Mechanic at Apapa and passed with high grade in the year 1975.

His first experience was when his cousin sister Mrs Grace Anyanwu came from London and asked him that her husband late Engr Francis Anyanwu wants him trained on ELECTRO PLATING production. In the year 1979, He was off to London to Chrisroom ltd Abbey manufacturing Estate (Abbey Wharf) Mount pleasant Wemley London to common wealth trainee on electro plating. He lived in Golders Green London. After his graduation, He came back in Nigeria and resume duty as Production Manager at Chiedozie Francis and Sons Limited; manufacturer of JEWELRY at Aba Abia State Nigeria.

He got married in the year 1985 with Ethelbertha Okoro. The marriage was blessed with two children (boy and girl), all graduates whose resume speaks loud Mechanical Engineer and Industrial Chemistry. He is happily married and loves prayer.

He leads the marketing and strategy department of our great company. He is has spent over 35 years in the insurance industry. He holds BSC Accounting in University of Abuja Nigeria with Second Class Honors Upper Division and MBA Executive in Finance and from same.

He is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate Member from Nigeria (AIIN); He is also Chartered Accountant of two decade (CNA) and Full Member of National Institute of Marketing Nigeria (MNIMN).

He started his career in NICON Insurance Corporation as a Sales Executive in the year 1985-2002. In the year 2003-2005, he was deployed in NICON Head Office in Accounts Department as a result of his vast knowledge in accounting to keep proper records and internal control mechanism. He worked in Branch accounts, Staff Accounts Journal section etc.

In the Year 2006-2012, he was transferred to Marketing Directorate as Marketing Officer, as a result of excellent performance in premium generation. This effort earns him series of honors and Awards in the year 1987, 2008 and 2014 respectively.

Equally, year 2012-2016, as Assistant Manager, where he oversees Marketing of Brokers, generate reports for Executive Management. Similarly; in October 2016-May 2017, He was made a Manager as Head of Special Product, initiate new products on SWIS product.

Further more, He was promoted as Senior Manager, in 1^st June 2017 as a result of Hard work, meeting targets, supervises SWIS product of Unity Schools and Catholic Archdiocese of Nigeria.

He has attended several Courses both in Accounting, Marketing, and Computer application to boost revenue base of NICON Insurance Limited. He also made remarkable achievement in procuring new business and “after sales service inclusive”.

He was the Chairman NICON Assets and Investment Committee, Chairman/Head of Finance sub Committee of CIIN Abuja chapter, Facilitator of Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA) Abuja Chapter. The Chairman of Membership Committee on Risk Management Society of Nigeria (RIMSON) Abuja Chapter.

He joined PAO Insurance Broker Limited on June 2020; after successfully resigned from NICON Insurance Limited. He is in-charge of Marketing and Strategy of this great company. He has come with new scientific approach in marketing to meet the demands of clientele.

He is married with children and loves singing, reading, research and indoor games.

She studied at University of Abuja in Nigeria on Public Administration with third class in Honours. She has attended several programs on Insurance and other related to boast intellectual capacity to meet the 21^st century syndrome. She is also the Managing Director of Yellow P. A. Ogu Nigeria limited, that deals on various products as manufacturers’ Representative. Among the products is Fine coat Paints of Chemstar Industry Nigeria Limited.

she has been a pioneer Director and very efficient in making contributions concerns the affairs of the company. Her profession is a blessing to the company in improving quality services at all times.She has attended courses on (AML/CFT) Anti-money Laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT ) organized by NAICOM in the year 2014. In the year 2015, she attended Managing Insurance Companies / Broking Firms Branch Office for profit organized by The Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.

She is happily married with children. She celebrated her Silver Jubilee Wedding Anniversary in the year 2017. She is a prayer warrior and loves singing songs.
